'Ind-Barath Energy (Utkal) has reported progress on its upcoming 700 Mw power station at Sahajbahal near Jharsuguda. It may be noted that the company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the state government for setting up the coal-based power plant in February 2009. As of July 2013, the company is planning to commission the first 350 MW unit in November this year
