'Tata Power Renewable Energy, a Tata Power subsidiary is planning to set up a new solar power unit in satara district of Maharashtra. The power generated will be evacuated through Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission. As of July 2013, the company's purchase orders for EPC is in place.
