New Delhi, November 9: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has achieved a major milestone in the execution of mega power projects with the successful commissioning of the third 500 MW unit at Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project (IGSTPP), Jhajjar - Stage-I of Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL), joint venture of NTPC, IPGCL & HPGCL. With this, 12 million units of electricity will be added every day to the grid, which will be shared by the power deficit states of Haryana and Delhi.
