Road Infrastructure Company Kerala is planning to take up rehabilitation and road improvement programmes that include construction of new pavement, construction and / or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, road safety enhancement, project facilities across several locations in the state. As of December 2013, bids have been invited to execute the project through PPP on DBFMT (Annuity) basis
