Vithal Castor Polyols , a joint venture of Jayant Agro Organics, Mitsui Chemicals and Itoh Oil Chemical is setting up a biopolyols manufacturing unit in Vadodara. Work on the project commenced in September 2013. As of January 2013, the project is under implementation.
