Creative Thermolite Power, a SPV formed by Intos INC (proprietorship firm), Infinite Computer Solution (India) Limited and Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited is setting up a 600 MW (2X300) TPP in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. The company has entered into MoU with GoUP in October 2010. Due to delays in obtaining coal block and delays in clearances the commissioning date has been extended till June 2014
