Indian Oil Corp is planning to set up a LPG import facility on land allotted by the Kochi port in Kerala. The proposed terminal will have a capacity to handle 0.6 million tonnes a year to meet the requirements of Kerala and neighbouring States. As of February 2014, work on the project has commenced.
