Surajbari Windfarm Development , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Continuum Wind Energy Pte Ltd (CWEPL) is planning to set up two wind farms with a combined capacity of 170-Mw in Madhya Pradesh. The projects will be located near the villages of Mamathekheda and Pingrala of district Ratlam and Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh. Two new companies in the style of DJ Energy Private Limited (DJEPL) and Uttar Urja Projects Private Limited have been floated for executing this project. As of March 2014, International Finance Corporation has decided to fund the project through long term loan.
