National Highways Authority of India has reported progress on its upcoming Jodhpur-Barmer two laning project. The project involves widening and strengthening of Jodhpur-Barmer Section of NH-112 (Jodhpur to Pachpadra Package-I) with two lane with paved shoulder / four lane from 140.00 km to 225.615 km (length 85.615 ) under NHDP-IV. As of March 2014, Sadbhav Engineering has emerged as the successful bidder for developing the project on EPC basis.
