Ministry of Road Transport & Highways is planning to take up rehabilitation and augmentation of four laning of Jhanjhi to Demow section from 491.050 km to 535.250 km of NH-37 under Special Accelerated Road Development Programme (SARDP). As of June 2014, MoRTH has invited bids to execute the project on EPC basis.
