Government of Uttar Pradesh is planning to develop a metro rail project between Noida and Delhi. The project involves developing a metro railway line between Botanical Garden (Noida) - Kalindi Kunj (Delhi) Metro corridor. As of June 2014, The Noida Development Authority, on behalf of Uttar Pradesh is in the process of signing a an MoU with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for implementing the project.
