Orissa Power Generation Corporation is planning to develop the Manoharpur coal mine project located in the IB Valley coal fields, in Sundergarh district of Orissa. As of June 2014, the company has invited bids for selection of mine operator (MO) for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the project.
