Indian Oil Corporation is planning to take up Refinery Capacity expansion from 7.5 MMTPA to 8.0 MMTPA by CDU-I revamp (from 3.3 to 3.8 MMTPA) & VDU-I revamp (from 1.5 to 1.7 MMTPA). As of August 2014, the project is awaiting clearance from ministry of environment and forests.
