The Bidders will be responsible for identifying a financier who will finance the project. Agreements required to secure financing for the project will be entered into between the Borrower and the institutions providing the financing and shall be based on the financial plan presented in the winning Bidder in its Proposal and agreed by the Borrower during loan negotiations.
