General Specifications Of The Facility:
The electron accelerator specifications are as follows
• Variable energy : 500KeV to 15 MeV
• The area of exposure (target) : 0.5mX0.5m (TBD) and finalized after discussion ,
• this could be achieved by a diffuser or by raster scanning system.
• The dose rate: 1x1012 e/Cm2 and accumulated fluence ranges from 1E12 e/Cm2 to 5E15 e/Cm2.
• Dosage and flux measuring equipments: the system should be able to measure
• the dose and flux rate on the target accurately.
• End use: Irradiation of solar cells
