The production technology (Know-How) and complete set of equipment supplied by our company has closed or reached the international advanced level. One complete set of equipment with a capacity of 350T/D has been exported to middle east country.
The parameters of the production technology (Know-How) and complete set of equipment for float glass show bellow:
- Melting Capacity: 120t/d~600t/d
- Product: Clear and tinted float glass
- Width of glass ribbon: 1800mm~4000mm
- Thickness of glass: 2mm~15mm
- Design campaign: 5years~8 years
The glass specification can be set as per the customer's requirement.
The product quality is in conformity with Chinese standard GB 11614-89 or Japanese industrial standard JISR3202-85.
The heavy oil or natural gas can be used as fuel for the furnace.
Our company can also supply the technical service, such as engineering design, civil engineering design, erection / erection supervision, personnel training, heating-up, commissioning and other service after sale.
